Very fast and friendly service. Eric was the installer and he was very much down-to-earth and professional. He was fast and efficient and if I need service again, I would hope to see him again. I usually tip for great service and I feel bad that I forgot to tip Eric (the money was in my pocket!). One of the things I appreciated about Precision’s work is that I was given options. I ended up going with the lifetime deal on the belt-drive opener, springs, bearing plates, drums, cables, and rollers. No worries anymore with the garage door. Time will tell on whether the lifetime warranty materials are worth the additional cost. At this point, I believe it is the best deal and the quality of the hardware was obviously superior. Did I mention that the belt-drive opener is whisper-quiet? Amazing.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Precision Door. My tech was Eric. He was on time and did a through inspection of my garage door system. All I needed were new springs. Eric was very professional and friendly. His workmanship was very good and he completed the job in 30 minutes.

Key pad a two clickers quit working. I called the Precision, I decided to check if there was a reset button. I unplugged unit and plugged back in. All was working. Then a little while later I tried it again. It did not work. The button on the wall worked the entire time. During that time there wasn”t any and storm or power outage. That happened before. Vann replaced unit. Never had this happen before. I just didn’ t understand what the wall button always worked and the key pad and clickers quit working. I think Vann adjusted the tension on the belt,because isn’t making a slapping noise anymore. The belt appeared to be lose when the door would go back down. Thank you

I am very happy with the way our garage door works now. We were having a lot of problems with it. The tech came in and listened to all my concerns and fixed them all. It did not take long and he explained on the things he did and why they needed to be done. This is the second time we used your service. You guys are great!!
