Technician responded as scheduled for a repair of my old opener on the same day I called. Circuit board was shot in the old opener so I purchased a new belt drive opener. Technician was very efficient and friendly. Cost of the new opener was a little pricey, but has a life time warrantee. Would recommend this company to anyone because of their quick response as well as their skills.

My garage door spring broke , so after reading some great reviews from customers of Precision Door Service I called Sunday pm and the technician George was their Monday 9am and discussed the problems and the solutions , I was very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Precision Door Seevice to anyone needing their garage door repaired or replaced .

I would like to thank Chris W. for all he did for me ! The way he showed me everything that i needed to get my garage fixed . Chris explained everything i needed to know . I needed a lot of work done and Chris was amazing ! He worked very hard and was so polite ! This man knows his work and very happy with Chis W. ! He came on time and did everything before leaving ! Was very helpful moving things out of his way because i have a bad back . Thank u so much Chris for doing that for me ! You r awesome Chris W. Give that man a raise for a job well done ! 🙂 Again thanks Chris W. for all u did ! I am a Happy camper now .

Holly, scheduled the appointment for me. She was very patient with me and worked around my schedule to set up an apointment. Thank You Holly! Dylan was the technician who came out and did the repair on my garage door. I had one of 2 springs that was broken. He told me about the different options from just replacing the broken spring up to doing a total rebuild. I opted for the total rebuild because I knew the strain the unbroken spring had been under and I knew the rollers were wearing out. So, I figured all of the other components were wearing out too. Dylan was fast effcient and explained everything and answered all my questions. Thanks Dylan! Great job! The door is much quieter now.
