5 STARS!! to Precision Garage Door. I have been using your services since I moved back to Florida and your service and reputation serve you well. Always on time and the technicians are well trained, polite, knowledgeable and professional. Charlie did an exceptional job and completed the removal and installation process in 1 hour. He represents your company well and should be commended for that. Your 3 hour service window has always been within the 1st 30 minutes of that window allowing homeowners not to waste the day away waiting for someone to show up for repairs….KUDOS to Precision and Charlie. I’m sold for life on Precision.

This is my second experience using your service. There may be a less expensive way to get both of these services done but in my opinion there is no better way to accomplish them. Both Dylian and Charlie epitomize the lost art of professionalism, courtesy, confidence and integrity that is so lacking in our daily encounters today. Thank them both for me.

Your company is a 5 star business. The repair person arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and did it. I also liked that pictures of your repair personnel was emailed to me before the service was begun. This is the second time I have used your services and I will continue using you in the future.

Billy was prompt , knowledgeable and courteous. He explained all the options available to me to correct my problem. At no time did he attempt to upsell. After hearing our options and the costs associated with the options my wife and I are pleased with our final decision. After our decision was made Billy worked diligently to install our motor and springs. Throughout the process he stopped to explain what he was doing. 5 stars….

Outstanding job by Chris and the whole Precision Door Team. Previous contractor had damaged the door and we could not even get the car out of it. Chris showed up on time, found and fixed the problem quickly and I’m serious when I say the door has NEVER worked this well or this quiet. Great Job!

The task of finding a garage door company was a bit overwhelming at first. I came here and read many reviews that helped in my decision. Precision went above and beyond what I believe the other companies would have to make my new garage door fit the space perfectly. Having an older 1927 beachside house made for a few challenges that Ross and Van overcame. There was not much head room to get this door installed and they came up with some very creative and necessary modifications to make this project a success. Ross was great with keeping me up to date during process of getting my door in, scheduling, the special historic district home permitting and getting the job done right the first time. I have confidence Precision will stand by their work for years to come and I highly recommend anyone to trust them for their needs as well. Bill did a good job in replacing my garage door, he was friendly professional. It was replaced the same day. There was no high pressure sales pitch which I appreciated. That is one of the reasons he got the job..

Precision had a fast response I was surprised when they could come out with in 2 hrs of my call John was my tech he was very friendly and knowledgeable he was able to find my trouble quickly and did a fast repair he also checked out all the working parts of the door before leavening making sure I didn’t have any more trouble This is the second time I used Prcision and would recommend them.
