Found Precision in the Yellow Pages and called for an appointment. They were here in under an hour. The technician Kevin was very polite, professional and clearly knew what he was doing. They presented me with three repair options and didn’t try to sell me the best option. I opted for the best option and am glad I did. I would recommend their services to anyone!

Very happy, from time of call for service request to when service was performed was only a matter of hours. Service tech, Jeremy, was fast, efficient and friendly. Provided options for levels of service but no pressure to “upgrade”.

The third time I’ve called them in the 10 years I’ve owned my home. Their response time is incredible…all three times they arrived within a few hours of my call and always on the same day. The technicians are knowledgeable, quick and explain what they are doing and your repair options. Prices are reasonable and the warranties first rate. Unheard of service in this day and age….

Fast and professional service and repairs The chat feature was really helpful, allowed me to schedule service on Sunday for a Monday repair. The company sends a notice with the picture and bio of the technician that will be performing the job. A nice touch. Quality parts.

I was really impressed with the professionalism Nick has showed when he inspected and fixed my imbalanced garage door. He simply takes time to explain why this and that failed.
