Today, Dec7’15, Chris Wheaton as always was very thorough when he inspected my dumb waiter (that he installed in Sept’13) and garage overhead door to my house. He took the time to inform and educate me exactly what was needed and what was not needed to both inspections. He was very efficient to repair and service my garage door in a timely manner. Once again, Chris’s personal and professional care demonstrated to me what customer service is all about.

Nick was always professional – taking time to explain which parts needed replacement and why it was necessary. He replaced most of the moving parts on the door and had it properly working again. I asked him to replace the opener as it was 15 years old. I was amazed at how quietly the door opened and closed. My neighbor was so impressed she thought I had the whole door replaced.
