    Our garage door opened magically one evening, come to find out the circuit board had seen its better days. We called Precision the next morning and we were able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. We received an email confirmation of the appointment with our tech’s name, Billy Price. Billy did a thorough job of inspecting the entire garage with explanation of what was needed. He was in and out in 2 and 1/2 hours, my wife is now super excited have a working keypad which had been dead for 6 years. thanks Precision

    Your service people are excellent. I’m not so sure about the product you sold us. I spent over $1000 on getting the garage door done correctly and your people have been here three times since it was installed. Is the problem the product you put in? I am not real happy with the continued problems we are having. Your guys are great but I would prefer to not see them any more.

    Garage door repair. Technician’s were very knowledgeable and courteous. A complete diagnostic was given as to repairs needed and pricing. Although I was not able to do all the repairs at that time, it was good to know what was needed in addition to the issued that I originally called about. I would absolutely call on Precision in the future for repairs or garage door replacement.
