    This was the second time I’ve used Precision. The first experience I had with them was at a previous residence a few years ago. Each time I had Precision at my home I received professional and courteous service which, unfortunately, seems to be absent from many businesses today. Technician Nick Mcadory was on time, answered all my questions, worked diligently to finish the job as efficiently as possible, and I had no concerns about leaving him in my garage unattended. I will definitely call Precision with any future garage door related needs.

    Very good service. Rapid response time. The technician seemed well trained and performed the opener quickly and efficiently. The only item is that I wished the keypad was backlit so in the dark you can see the numbers when you open the cover.
