From start to finish this was one of the best service experiences I have had here at The Villages. * 8:00AM Garage door making a banging sound * 8:05AM I go on the web site and enter my information * 8:10AM I get a call – I Schedule the appointment for the same day between 11:00 and 2:00 – Was told the repair guy would call 45 minutes before he arrived * 12:00 He called exactly as stated and said he would be here in 45 min * 12:45 He showed up Right on time * 1:00 He Diagnosed the problem * 3:15 He Fixed the problem – Paid by Credit Card and got an immediate electronic Receipt Uniformed, clean cut, professional…. We are extremely pleased with repairs that were necessary to be done on our garage door. The technician arrived when expected and evaluated quite quickly the repairs needed to make our door function properly and quietly. Great service and good pricing. We needed a spring replaced on our garage door and the Precision technician showed up on time and did a great job explaining what had to be done. Have used you before for broken spring. At the time rollers, springs, cables were replaced. Later we had problems with the original opener and you replaced that. The replacement opener was much quieter. The current service was routine adjustment and lubrication. The service was prompt and efficient. We have always been satisfied with the service we have received.
