Garage door was not closing all the way. I liked the appointment process where they give you a 3 hour window to perform the work, but arrive at the scheduled start time. My technician (Dylan) called me prior to the appointment time and said he was on his way. He quickly identified the problem (sensors were not staying aligned) and recommended replacements. This was completed quickly and the problem was solved. He also checked out my garage door and springs for any issues and lubricated the hinges. The cost for the visit/repairs was very reasonable. I will definitely call again if needed and I would highly recommend Precision Door to my friends.

I got your name from advertising sent to my home and had Andrew from your company for service a couple of years ago. Kevin came this time and I found him to be very professional. He found the problem very quickly and fixed it. He also pointed out a spring problem that needed fixing and since Andrew said the springs were getting weak when he was here a few years ago, I knew the time had come to replace them.
