I called late morning and they came mid afternoon. Garage door is now all better and I am very pleased. Technician was very professional and knowledgeable.

The ability to respond to my problem the same day was exceptional, and Andrew, the tech, was able to quickly and efficiently fix the garage door opener. He diagnosed the mother board problem, and also received a manager’s OK to not charge for the defective board, even though it was out of warranty.

I read customer reviews in addition to service policies. All indicated to me that precision aims to satisfy the customer. From first call to them and subsequent technician notification, arrival, repair of door was excellent in all areas. I will immediately recommend Precision. With repairs done, if by chance need them again I know I can depend on them.

Trouble was diagnosed quickly and repaired. Needed to call back to make adjustments to lifting force. Call back response was rapid and it was obviouse that they wanted to provide good service.
