In fact, called us and said he was ahead of schedule and would be there at 2 pm – and he was. He explained everything that needed to be done, was very knowledgeable, very courteous, very friendly. Had an issue with our door and used the “Chat Now” to explain our situation and scheduled an appointment that turned out to be later that afternoon… Within 15 minutes, Dylan (Tech) called and said he had a cancellation and asked if he could come now. He came shortly thereafter, identified the issue, fixed it and re-lubed up everything. So, within an hour of my text conversation, my door was fixed… WOW! Great prompt customer service, not only with the “Chat Now” person but with Dylan. Took me longer to get a pizza delivered last weekend than it did to schedule and fix my garage door….Totally impressed and grateful!

Jon was my technician & he was great. Called in the AM & they were there right after lunch. Very thorough, replace the broken spring & adjust the other door. Cost for the repair was very reasonable! I highly recommend them!!

We are repeat customers of Precision Door. Our previous experience was in Tampa and when the springs on our current Garage Door broke, I knew who to call – – Precision. The quality of customer service far exceeds other companies. The knowledge, professionalism and skill of the technicians is superb!! While the spring was the reason for this visit items were found during the safety inspection that needed repair. All items repaired during this visit saving us $$ and future problems!

The technician was on time and even called beforehand to be sure we knew he was on his way. The service was performed quickly and with no bother to us, and of course, suggested replacement of the parts we didn’t have services, but wasn’t pushy when we deferred the decision to later. Professional, nice, and efficient.
