We were experiencing some questionable noises in our newly installed garage door. Chris was a wonderful technician who checked out our garage door system, and discovered it had not been sufficiently lubricated when installed. It is operating much smoother now. I originally called for a repair but after the technician came out and explained what was required I opted to have it replaced. Kevin came out today. I have a beautiful new garage door and opener. It is so quiet and moves easily. Kevin was professional, on time and explained everything. Thank you.

The entire process was very easy and professional. Kay at the call center set a same day appointment and Jonathan showed on time. Imagine that, a service company in Florida that actually shows on time and ready to go! Jonathan is a pro, prepared an estimate for repairs and opener installation, He completed the repair as described and on time. I’m considering a fully insulated door as a replacement and I won’t call anyone else. Thanks Jonathan.

I would recommend Precision. We had a garage door opener problem and William was very knowledgable and did a complete inspection of the opener and the door. He was on time which is great. Also he clearly communicated the problem and solution which I think is very helpful. And he fixed the problem.

The agent you sent me was very professional and the installers were also. I gave a bid from another company to the agent and he said he would have someone from the office call me. I spoke with (maybe) Hanna? and she said your company would match the 3 openers and the insulated door. They brought the openers, but when I knocked on the door I realized it wasn’t insulated. I told them I was promised that your company would match the other offer; not in price because their price was $175 less than yours, but in product (including the insulated door)I didn’t like the way the other companies agent spoke of their competitors. I will be satisfied once you install the insulation as promised. I paid you immediately and I think you will follow through with the insulation because your employees seem ethical and therefore I can assume that the entire company is. Again, I would really like to commend the people you have working for you and the door appears to be installed nicely.

Great service. Technician (Nick) called during the time he was scheduled, told us when he would be here and arrived as stated. He did a thorough inspection of our very old door and opener. Replaced the springs and cables and finished in good time. Nick did a super job for us. Highly recommend.
