After searching for someone to fix my garage door opener, I came across Precision. The website was well done and included photos of all of the technicians. After reading just a few of the reviews, I made a decision to use them. The tech was on time and he was a very personable young man. He had the opener working in just a few minutes. This is a quality company that stands behind their products. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I was very satisfied with the professionalism that was extended to me when I needed a garage door repair. He told me exactly what was wrong and what was going to be going wrong. He gave me options as to what I felt comfortable with having done. This company did a great job for a decent price. Will use again if the need arises.

Nick was my technician. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, yet friendly. My garage door was repaired and he also took the time to explain the mechanical aspects of the garage door that I had no knowledge of. I am extremely satisfied and happy and would not hesitate to recommend either the company or my technician Nick.
