    Appointment was scheduled for 2 but received a phone call that the technician could come out earlier which was a plus since it coordinated with my lunch break. Everything went smooth, door was repaired very quickly and works perfectly now. I was also pleased with the price. Would highly recommend!

    Chris replaced the broken spring with a new spring of the same size and replaced the center bearing and bracket. After doing a “lift test” he realized the broken spring was undersized. He removed the new spring he had just installed and replaced it with a spring 2 sizes larger. It passed the “lift test”. Many technicians would have left the undersized spring and the customer wouldn’t have known the difference. GREAT JOB! Thanks Chris

    Our motor broke. While technician was here he reminded us that we had a 5 year warranty on our spring and he replaced it for us. Called on his way and was on time.
