Excellent responsiveness and quality of workmanship! Garage door works better than ever!

Jacob did an excellent job with our repair. Although we thought our only problem was a broken spring on one door, he did a thorough examination of both of our garage doors and gave us several recommendations. He provided a complete explanation of how our system was performing and how it could be improved. There was no pressure whatsoever. We ended up purchasing more than we had planned, but we now have peace of mind with Precision’s lifetime warranty on the new parts that Jacob installed. It is amazing how much quieter the doors are now.

I was completely impressed with your technician, Eric. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and yes, very sweet (Now I want to adopt him! lol). His entire attitude put me at ease the moment he began speaking with me. Considering the mood I was in when I couldn’t get out of the garage, that in itself was a miracle!! He had to do the entire door (springs, rollers, remotes, keypad, cables, belt drive, etc., as well as replace the garage door opener. While it was an expense I wasn’t planning on (what expense ever is, right?), it was worth every single dime! And then, to top it off, NO MAINTENANCE AND GUARANTEED FOR LIFE??!!! I didn’t think a company like this even existed anymore!!! Thank you so very much for sending Eric out and for the magnificent work that he performed (give that young man a RAISE – he deserves it)!! And I love the new equipment installed – so quiet and safe! It was not my intention to mention the equipment as an afterthought; it’s just that your company and Eric, impressed the heck out of me!!! He really took care of business for you AND for us! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

THANK YOU FOR QUICK PROFESIONAL SERVICGE ON FRI AFTERNOON

Danny provided service to my garage door recently. He explained the options I had when presented with the issue. He was very honest and straight forward with the information he provided me. Upon being presented with the options, I made my choice and Danny went to work. During some of the work being performed, my daughters were around, and he was very kind, pleasant and friendly. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend Danny or Precision Garage Doors to anybody.

Our technician, Chris was friendly, and unlike some other service folks, ON TIME! He diagnosed the problem and had the door working properly in short order. He is an asset to your company. Five stars all the way. Thank you Chris.

You did a great job. The tech was knowledgeable and very polite.
