The service techs that came out were extremely nice and and answered all my questions thoroughly. They explained the issue with the old opener and gave me several options for resolving the problem. They were quick and through installing the new door opener and explained the operation in detail. I am very pleased with the service and the new door opener.

It doesn’t get any better than this. I called the office and the service tech was here the same day within three hours. Dylan was very knowledgeable of the garage door industry and performed his task in a timely manner. He gave me prices on door openers that I will consider in the future. What a great team Precision Door has. Thank you

Dylan was my service tech. He was on time and explain every step of what needed to be done. I just had another company come out in May 2016 (Arm……) who had replace my spring three time since 2009. Dylan was so professional and knows his job inside and out. Precision will be my company from this point on.

Daniel was excellent. He showed us the available repair options when he saw that the garage door spring was broken. The new spring and the other new components are working with no problems. Great service from Daniel and I already recommended your company to one of my coworkers.
