I was having a problem paring my cars to the garage door. I researched online and one of the top companies was Precision. I was able to make my appointment via chat ???????? My service rep Blake initially came to pair my cars to the garage door. He arrived on time and was able to not only pair my cars, he also provided me with a long overdue motor. ( I knew I needed one) He was able to give me a few tips for the future which was greatly appreciated. Blake was professional and has an excellent demeanor. I would use this company again and I recommend Blake.

Friendly, knowledgeable, fantastic! Great product and even better tech!

I was so please with the quick respond. I phone Precision early morning and they were at my house in the evening . Had my garage door up and running within 2 hours. Tech was very informative. I was very SATISFIED!!

this was my 2nd time Blake has been my service tech and I am very happy with his service. On time , explained what problem was and corrected it in a timely matter.

Initially had a scheduling issue, but thankfully the technician was able to readjust to make the schedule work. I had a 23 year old opener that had began to malfunction when it started getting cool. The Tech (Danny) called me early in the day and kept me up to date on his arrival time (2 thumbs up). Danny was polite and very informative during the inspection of my current system. I already knew I wanted to replace the opener, but he went the extra step in identifying additional safety items that should be taken care of and a few I could do myself. He offered several options that I didn’t think about and made sure I was well informed on the pros and cons of each. Due to the age of the system, I took him up on replacing the steel rollers with the much quieter nylon rollers (what a difference that made). Once the installation was completed he went over the opener step by step and ensured everything worked and that I was aware of all the functions and safety features of the new system. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Two employees arrived early, spoke very professional and were dressed well. They explained everything thoroughly. I have no complaints and if you want the job done right and quick, choose Precision. Don’t think about it. Sometimes you get what you pay for.

Service person was very professional.

Chris Salcido was a great sales person who explained everything, and also took time to listen. Very patient and polite.
