Nick was awesome. Arrived on time, figured a power surge hit the panel board of the ancient motor I had. He was able to replace the entire motor, sensors and wheels giving me a silent and smooth running door and for a great price!!! Beyond pleased and definitely recommending them to others!

Service call for check on proper operation of emergency latch. It was found to be operating ok. Maintenance was done. Scott was polite and professional. Have had this opener for over 3 1/2 years and have not had any problems. Company is very easy to deal with. I recommend them to anyone looking for garage door service.

Jacob did a first class job. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and has great presentation skills. Two years ago, just about every one in our area had their roof replaced. I suspect the same thing will be happening with the garage doors. Feel free to use me as a reference. Tom Walsh

Very pleased with how quickly I was able to set up an appointment and how well I was treated. Blake explained my options and I was not pressured at all to order more than what I scheduled. Will definitely call Precision when I’m ready to overhaul the garage door.
