Service personnel showed up on time ( actually a little early) finished the work on time and within estimate of time and money. They repaired and replaced certain hardware parts with new parts, and checked out the operation of the door. Things worked well, were done on time and they covered all the details. The service man was on time, courteous and efficient. Could not ask for a better experience, and the door works well.

Although I wasn’t expecting to buy a new belt drive garage door opener installed (only called to have existing key pad fixed or replaced), I am extremely happy with the results. Every time I open or close the garage door, I’m amazed at how much more quieter it is. I also love the fact the I am able to lock the door so no one from the outside can open it. The technician was great!

All is well and done perfectly good. The Technician Jesse Ando comes promptly even earlier than appointment schedule and efficiently knows his job and have the skills to trouble shoot defects or malfunctioning parts of our garage door and give suggestions that is best for whatever concerns of the customer.

After my old door was damaged last year, I called Precision Door to see if it could be repaired. They came that day, checked it out, made temporary repairs and gave me an estimate on a much needed new door. The new door was installed in less than a day. It was so quiet you could not tell if it was working. Called again to have it checked and adjusted. Again prompt, on time and courteous. Highly recommend them!
