Blake came over to service our inoperable garage door, super friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up having to just get all new mechanisms for the door and new motor. Job was done great and now we have a working door!

Our garage door spring broke so the door could not be opened. A service rep, Jesse, was out first thing the next morning. He was professional, and courteous. The decision was made to install a new opener as the current one was old. The new opened was installed quickly and everything was cleaned up afterwards. We love the new opener as it is very quiet. We have recommended this company to others and now have had the opportunity to experience their excellent service. We will continue to recommend them.

I am absolutely impressed by the customer service, technical knowledge displayed by the technicians and installers. You all give me a great comfort knowing I can call any time and you’ll do the very best to be there as quickly as possible. The two young techs last night were amazing! Very polite!!

Fast service the day before thanksgiving. The Dispatcher was very courteous and the tech that came out was in uniform and clean cut. The service truck was clean and well kept as well. The tech explained everything that was needed and executed the spring replacement in a timely manner. I am a salesmen for an air conditioning company that prides itself on the same values. It is hard to find a company that is truly a customer service oriented company.Well Done!

Came on time and performed the service as promised. A broken seal was replaced. It was good to have the written report with diagnostics and a few different options for repair. Since the original request was for replacing the door seal, I didn’t proceed to have it repaired but overall experience was very pleasant. I would highly recommended.

Immediately identified and fixed problem. Pointed out items that were beginning to show wear bur overall found system in decent shape. Gave estimate for various upgraded packages.

The crew of two, were prompt, explained what their inspection revealed and what they recommended. They replace the spring set with new units and balance the door. It took about an hour and a half, and they were on their way. Cost was reasonable, and they were very efficient. I would recommend them and use their service again if needed. -BC
