My garage door broke on Sunday, New years Day. I called expecting to leave a message to have someone contact me on Monday to schedule a service call. The lady that answered the phone told me it was no problem to have someone come out today to fix my door. I was expecting someone to look at the door and come back later to fix the broken spring. No, the trucks are fully stocked. Nick Mcadory came and fixed my door in no time at all. I was very impressed with the quick response time and the professionalism. And, we didn’t realize that we had a lifetime warranty that covered the broken part from 12 years ago when the door was originally purchased. I give Precision Doors 5 stars! They came out on time same day. Technician was very professional & courteous. Needed new springs and rollers and replaced very old motor for very reasonable price. Technician was completely on top of his game and was in and out in no time!

Nick was very efficient and nice. I appreciated the fact that my phone call was answered quickly and their timing was perfect. He was able to see me within 25-30 minutes.

Blake was very informative & was ready to fix more than I had originally requested! We knew our spring was broken but when he arrived we also asked about our keypad (he checked & it was completely corroded inside). He noticed our rollers were no longer in great shape & fixed all of those too! We are more than pleased with Blake’s service & will definitely recommend Precision to all!
