We were very pleased with the quick response to our dilemma. Both of our cars were stuck in our garage (the manual release didn’t work either). They put our job on a rush and were here within less than 2 hours. My wife made it to her rescheduled doctor appointment. We selected the lifetime guarantee plan for the major work that was done. The technician, Nick Mcadory, was very polite and upfront with explaining the need for making the necessary repairs. He also let my wife and me make the decision as to what plan we wanted to choose (1 yr. to lifetime protection), without any pressure.
