We were pleased with every phase of the operation. Our choices and the prices associated with them were clearly explained by Scott, the technician who first spoke to us. The installers got the job done and then explained the features of the new door, including what we could do to maintain it. One issue that Scott mentioned were the ‘buck boards” that anchor the door to the garage wall, suggesting I confer with the installers as to whether they needed to be replaced. James and Will, the installers, agreed new boards were needed to be certain the work passed inspection and I authorized them to proceed. When the inspector walked into the garage, the first words out of his mouth were “OK, the boards look good.”

The technician that evaluated and repaired my garage door was very professional and efficient. I had another company out here that tried to charge me over $867 for all new parts they stated I needed. I was skeptical of there evaluation and called Precision out to evaluate my door. They were honest only charging me for the parts I actually needed which was less than half of the cost of the other garage door company! Thank you for your outstanding service and honesty.

Precision Door Service came out and did a complete over hall of our 10 year old garage door system. In this time frame we replaced the spring to the door just a couple years ago and it broke. After speaking with the knowledgeable technician Scott M. that came it, it was discovered that the springs were not heavy enough to support the weight of our garage. Choose to do an overhaul service with lifetime warranty on the parts and labor. Very impressed with the parts used. You can tell right away they are heavy duty Industrial parts built to last. Will reccomend them to every one who needs garage door services or parts. Look forward to working with Scott M. Again when it’s time to replace out Garage Door opener machine.

Jacob was great! He worked around my schedule. And as soon as it was decided to fix my garage door, he was able to come over that same night. He was very unobtrusive, and extremely polite and helpful.
