Called for a quote this morning Nick was at the house within the hour. the garage door springs were broken and needed to be replaced. Nick assessed all the parts and operation of the garage door and the opener and gave me excellent advice and information. I have a a background in many areas and found his advice to be spot on. I had several estimates and ended up getting better springs, cable adjustment, customer service and price than all the others, including the original garage door sales and installation company. Replacement wood is not painted. Finished enclosure is not calked. No mess to pick up. Any questions you may have are answered before you realize you have a question. Safety concerns are reviewed. Basically your team will not leave you uninformed. You will receive a follow up call from your representative within twenty four hours of the install. Figure out your budget and elect Precision Door.
