Great service from beginning of process to the completion of the job. Chat feature on website is easy to use. I contacted these guys at 0900 on a Saturday and by door was repaired by noon. The technician who came out, Andrew, was extremely knowledgeable and personable. A great representative for your company. Not only did he explain what he was going to do he explained how the springs that Precision installs are superior in performance to other installers springs. First installation of garage door weather seal didn’t fit right according to plan. I called and another tech came out and installed an upgraded weather seal free of charge. That was definitely the ticket as it worked like a charm. Thank you
