Had a problem with my old garage opener and called Precision on a Saturday. Andrew returned my call and after explaining the problem and a potential fire hazard, as smoke was coming from motor, we unplugged and a new motor was installed on Monday. Good service and a helpful call back meant a lot.

We were so pleased that the tech was able to come the same day, and on a Saturday, too. He arrived early, after calling to say he was ahead of schedule. He took time to explain the options and then fixed the problem. He also replaced a part on our other door, which probably saved us a future repair expense.
