Very professional. Quick response. At my house an hour and half after I called for service. Tech had all parts in his truck. Will use this company again.

Great job and great product. I have used them before with a problem with my garage door and they did a great job that time as well.

Matt was excellent. He gave me the repair options and sent me pictures of the work on our rental home.

Great! On time, thorough, courteous and capable! Would highly recommend!

Had new garage doors and openers installed about 8 months ago. Was not totally happy with the model garage door opener. I called Precision and for a very reasonable price, they switched us to a different style and we couldn’t be happier. We appreciate the fast response and incredible customer service! Far exceeded my expectations!

Your technican Matt showed up and explained the problem with the door. He gave me many options, and I elected to buy the complete overhaul with lifetime warranty. He did a great job and was very professional. Thanks for the great service!!!

I called to have my garage door repaired. The service tech Jonathan provided a telephone contact to let me know he would be arriving within 15 minutes. Jonathan was respectful and listened to me in an attentive manner. He completed the repair in a short time and to my complete satisfaction. I would use your company for any future repairs needed. Kudos to your service and of course to Jonathan.

Technician was extremely professional and accommodating. Will definitely use their services in the future.
