I had everything except the door itself replaced over a year ago and was happy with the work. they came over today when I was having problems with noise of opening and closing. They did a variety of tests and adjustments for no charge and solved the problems.

I called Precision Door in the morning and they had a service tech at my door by 1:00PM. I showed the Tech what the problem was and he (Nick) gave me three options as to how to affect the repair. Nick was extremely knowledgeable and gave me the benefits of each option and allowed me the time to make a decision which would be best for our situation. Nick started the work immediately. I can’t say enough about Nick the tech. He polite courteous and went out of his was to explain everything that was needed. He took the time to answer the questions we had. In my opinion he did an outstanding job.

You certainly deserve a 5 star rating. The person who answered the phone and helped set up an appointment to repair my garage door was extremely helpful. It really calmed me down as I was scheduled to see my doctor regarding a serious personal issue that morning. When the service person came, he exhibited the same efficiency and helpfulness.
