Thank you to Nick for his expertise and knowledge on correcting issues with our garage door. We made the appointment for service call and replacement of the exterior keypad. The issues we were having were discussed in detail and options provided. We did have more work done than was planned but Nick was quick,efficient and we are extremely pleased with the outcome.

I had a problem with my original 30 year old garage door opener that posed both a security and a safety risk. I called Precision Overhead Door Service at 7:15 AM, got to speak to a real person who handled my call and said someone would be out between 8 AM and 11 AM. The service technician called around 8:30 AM to inform me he would be there in about 45 minutes and he was. Explained what the problem was and listed a variety of options and cost of each. Once the option was selected, he went to work and finished in a couple of hours. Very efficient and cleaned up after himself.

Jesse was great. He was prompt, courteous and knew exactly what needed to be done. He was in and out and gave options for further possible needs. I would be very pleased to have him take care of us in the future.
