our tech, christopher, was very professional. services were provided on a timely basis. we plan to reside in our home for many more years so we shall see what the “limited lifetime warranty” provision for services rendered means. for now, we are very pleased with the repairs made.

I was very happy to select Precision to repair my garage door, The technician came promptly at the set time, was friendly, courties and fast to solve my problem with the door (while I was very let down by another company, who promised to come at a certain time, but no appearance and no calls while I waited. I recommend this company highly.

I had serious issues with my garage door and need help immediately. I called Precision on a Wednesday night, they had Alex out the next day (very versatile scheduling) and was very honest, friendly, professional, and fair with me. Then they had 2 gentlemen out less then 3 hours later to fix my garage. Blake and Mason were so polite and professional! They were done in less then 2 hours. My garage door is like new!! I highly suggest Precision garage doors! You won’t be disappointed. I would rank them as an A++ company.

Used this company before, they were prompt and to me prices seemed fair, they didn’t try pushing anything on me, they explained what was wrong and what my options were. When we agreed they went right to work and took care of the problem

Bret was personable, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable…..was very impressed with his work and performance. He did not try to pressure sell me into something I did not need. Bret explained what was needed, the options recommended and then after my decision went ahead with the work without judgement. Would recommend as my technician any time I might need some work done on the garage door. I will continue to recommend Pecision to my neighbors and kin…..a very good company.

super frustrating experience. initial estimate seemed outrageously high at $600 to replace components since he said the motor was still working. one by one another item was discovered to be broken as he worked from 4-7pm and then when he tested the door it wouldn’t open and said I now needed a new track and opener and quoted it to be $1400. I ended up saying no to the new motor and still having to pay 800 for the work he did. so now I have paid $800 and still have a garage door that doesn’t work.
