Had a tune-up done to my garage door, and had my garage door opener replaced. Greg did a great job. Couldn’t believe how quiet my 20 year old garage door was after he was finish. Greg was very helpful with all my questions.

I had a broken spring and a competitor installed two new springs, after installation I noticed the door would shudder upon opening, I called the owner of competing company and he refused to send a technician to check it out but tried to sell me a new door and opener! My handyman recommended Precision door serrvice. The precision technician, Noel, did a complete safety check and quickly diagnosed my problem: the installed springs were the wrong type and would not balance the door. Noel was extremely knowledgeable and professional he gave me several quotes including the basic repair and others with extras to keep my older door in good order for several years to come. A lifetime warranty on all labor and a limited warranty on all new arts was included. I highly recommend Precision’s excellent work and business practices.
