Precision Door had a tech at my house within 24 hours of calling. The tech called me when he was on his way to my home. I went with the PDS800 belt drive system and I am very pleased with this ultra quiet product. My tech Greg was very professional and explained everything that I needed to know about the service he performed. I highly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs.
