My garage door motor went out at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Friday. I called Precision and their man Mike was here at 4. He did a complete service and safety check on my large door and installed a new unit. He explained all my options relative to the motor and I chose a newer, more powerful motor. The door and motor work great and quiet. Thanks Mike and Precision. I recommend you to anyone!!!!

The new belt drive motor is super quiet and smooth compared to the old screw type. With the updates to my door it should last a long time. The warranty from 2011 for spring repair saved a huge amount for today’s service.
