I called this morning to get an estimate. Scott was at our door 30 minutes later! 4 hours later, we had our new door opener, and needed service work done on our other door. Wow!

Precision Door has provided excellent service each time I’ve called them. The technician was professional and polite. He was quickly able to diagnose the problem and because there was a warranty in place, I now have a new opener. This was totally unexpected and exceedingly great news for a retiree. I would heartily recommend Precision Door Service for all needs related to your garage door. Each time I’ve had an issue, the technicians worked until the problem was completely resolved. They always exhibited a good attitude and were very helpful. Thank you for great service!

My technician was Mike. He was prompt and very respectful. Although I didn’t know I needed a new garage opener motor, he fully explained why. I had options and I thanked him for not “bullying” me into buying options I cannot afford right now, although I could understand the need to explain what those options were. He was a jewel, professional and did the work on the same visit. They came out the same day I called too. Altogether a good experience. I would recommend.

Greg and Mason did a great professional job of replacing my whole unit, install nylon rollers and new trip lights as well as adjusting tracks. They installed a new entry pad and programmed both fobs as well as my car mirror. They showed up on time and Greg was very courteous. I’m very happy with my quiet new opener!
