On the day of the installation, Donnell and Jason were prompt, courteous, and did excellent work replacing a 30-year-old garage door and opener.

I had a problem with my door banging when I opened it. Your tech Tyler Ming came out, evaluated the problem and had it fixed in no time at all. And at no charge to me. Awesome! Mason and the team were very informative. The team was done in less than 2 hours. The original door was okay to use and just needed reinforced and system up to code. The existing door and motor was over 30 years old. New spring was installed, door reinforced, safety LEDs, new 1/2 hp motor. Operation is smooth and quiet. The team did a great job! Also remote and programmed to automobile with a new location for switch on the wall.

Tried to open garage door on a Saturday morning and it would only go up 6 inches and was stuck. When I pulled the release cord the spring broke and the door came crashing down. When I tried to manually lift the door it was too heavy. I thought I’m stuck now until Monday. I called the company that originally installed the door but received a message that their business was open Mon. – Fri. To my surprise when I called someone actually answered the phone at Precision Door. The person said a technician could be at my house within the hour. I received an email confirmation with the name and picture of the person coming to do the job. When he arrived Thomas did an evaluation of the problem, said he had the parts on his truck& told me what discounts I was entitled to, said the parts & labor had a 5 year warranty & what the final price would be. In less than two hours the work was finished, & I now have a door that works like new.

Ian and Matt were absolutely incredible.. during their installation of our garage door we had extremely bad rain but they worked through it and got our garage door installed.. My wife and I were very thankful for everything that they did and how thorough they were from explaining the steps by steps of the installation to asking us questions on preferences and were patient enough to explain all the features and the how to’s of our new garage door ( my wife was very happy and thankful about that as well). I had a complete Hardware Overhaul along with a new 87504 Lift Opener installed. My thoughts: Pro’s: Amazing customer service at every level from Viktor the Estimator to Jimmy the Installer. Knowledgeable, fast response times with questions and options, I had an appointment within 24 hours of accepting a quote, patient and very polite. My garage upon completion can hardly be heard when opening or closing, excellent motion LED lights and Camera system. Top quality hardware all around. Con’s: Zero. Job well done Precision!
