We had an issue with both the garage door opener and several parts on the garage door. Precision was able to send Nick out the same day. He did a great job of evaluating the door, explaining the issues to us and giving us an estimate. An hour later, Sam came out and replaced the opener and several parts on the door. Before he left he ensured we were comfortable with operating the door and he also programmed our cars for us. Both men were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. We highly recommend Precision. Great service.

What a pleasure it is to work with precision door. Ian and Matt installed my door with professionalism and accuracy. They were fantastic. You can pay less for a garage door package but trust me you’ll get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother with anyone else – these people are the best!!

I have had three interactions with Precision Door: The initial installation in 2021, the diagnostic service following a bad weather occurrence, and today’s repair. I called Precision as soon as I realized my garage door opener was completely broken. It was July 4th holiday- they answered the phone at 7:30 am and had a technician out at 9:00 am. I needed a new system and they offered me the same day appointment for an installation. The install technician came at 11:00 am and worked in the hot garage for 4 hours. He was polite and patient when explaining the system. I am so impressed with the quality of work and the excellent capability of the technicians. I would highly recommend this company.

Joel was our technician that came out and repaired the broken spring, installed a new power lift, replaced the barring’s and put in a outdoor key pad, He was fantastic and we are very satisfied with how quiet the garage door is!
