Awesome service from start to finish!!!! Quick & responsive and very professional! From the service tech Tyler who first came out to check the system(same day!) and quote us, to the Tech, Jancarlos, who installed all new parts the very next day. Our door has never worked so smoothly & been quieter!! Can’t say enough good things about this company!!!! Nice to know there are still companies out that take such pride in their work!! I had an issue with my garage door, called Precision and they were able to send a technician the same day. Beau arrived on time and proceeded to inspect my garage door and was able to determine the issue and offer solutions. At every step of the way he was professional – Explaining everything and answering my questions. He was able to replace the spring coils and will be back in a couple weeks to install and new overhead system. I called the office and scheduled my next appointment, asking that they assign the job to Beau because he was thorough and a wonderful representative of Precision Garage Door!

Ian and Darnell are two excellent employees and did an Excellent job. They explained the system and showed me everything making it so much easier. Very rarely you see such Excellent employees who make the company look very good. Great Employees. I trust they will be rewarded. I don’t normally give reviews but these two employees are the BEST.

I just now had my garage door motor replaced. The two technicians, Stephen and Chris, were courteous and very professional. They did a great job replacing the motor and instructing on all its features. This company has been very friendly and informative every step of the way. I highly recommend this company for any garage door issues you may have.

Working with Precision Garage door was a real pleasure. The two man crew did a great job on my new garage doors and garage door openers. They replaced all wood and parts and installed high quality doors that were a big upgrade from our homes original garage doors. Would highly recommend their company.
