Used Angie’s List Big Deal. However, after talking with Charlie, the tech, I decided it would be best to purchase and install a new door. Charlie was extremely helpful in helping me understand the alternatives. The new door is to be installed on Wednesday, 12/27/12. So far I am extremely impressed with Precision Door.

I originally signed up for a garage door tuneup, but the door opener stopped working the next day. Luis came out and explained that the door was too heavy for the springs and the trolley for the screw drive was broken. He repaired everything and installed new nylon rollers. Everything works great now. I appreciate Luis coming out on Christmas Eve. Thanks for all the great repairs.
