Mr. Ryan Homan was my Technician and he did a great job. He explained the “what and why” of everything he needed to do and then he did it. All businesses will tell you how great they are but do the employees who show up at your home embody that. In this case yes, Mr. Homan was professional, friendly, and competent. The service call was easy to arrange and it was same day. The price was fair. I never want cheap. I want the fair price for great work and I got that from Precision.

I found out about this company thru Angies list. I called them about 1.00pm and they schedule a service the same day at 2.30pm. The technician found out what was wrong with the sensors and explained to me everything clear. He resolved the problem and my sensors were fixed. I am very pleased with the service performed by Precision Door Services.

I called Precision on Monday, and had an appointment for Tuesday morning. This was confirmed by e-mail, along with the technician’s name. Van called in the morning to let me know when he would arrive…and he was there on time. Great service and a fair price.

Your company was able to come out the same day I called and the tech was even able to come out earlier than apot time. Service was performed quilckly and now my door works great! With a five year warranty on the parts you replaced.

We had just had our door overhauled. A few days later, one of the rollers rolled right off the track. This happened at nearly 5 p.m. on Friday. I figured “That’s it, we won’t be able to use the door until Monday.” I figured I had nothing to lose by calling the company. Wow! The technician arrived 90 minutes later. He made some adjustments. Checked the door a good 10 times to be sure it wouldn’t “slip.” So polite! My husband and I are so impressed with your employees and the quality of your work!!
