    Scott, My wife and I are very pleased with the service your company has provided. We had some issues with our door and a new door which was installed. We still had issues with opener, but your technician Hector Rios found that the control panel had to be replaced. He did the work promptly and efficiently. Now with new door and opener everything works smoothly and quietly. Excellent service! We will recommend your company if anyone asks about garage door service. Thanks

    As I was leaving for work early in the morning my garage door had broke and become unuseable. I called Precision on my lunch break and set up an appointment for later that night. Hector, a technician, was waiting for me as soon as I arrived home. Hector was very professional, informative, and polite and of course skilled at what he does. Hector informed me of everything I needed and why as well as provided me with preventative maintenance knowledge for my garage door. After my experience with Hector, I would not call anyone else for garage door service. 5 stars.
