Previous experience with Garage door Compainies left me dismayed. Last night I go thome late and my garage door would not close. I called a “different company” that you would find under “Maitland Garage Door Repair” and it was late. The lady I spoke with took my information and told me that the Service man who had been here 2 times in the past month and this visit would make it 3 times in the last month. I waited and waited and waited and no one showed up. I tried to call and see what was going on? And each time I called, the person who takes the calls would hand up before she even said one word. All I can say is they were the most unprofessional service people I had ever had an experience with. Then this morning I called Precision Garage Door Company and they were like a breath of fresh air compared to the on men I had worked with prior to Precision Coming. Precision showed up exactly on time and he was so helpful, very polite and made good common sense suggestions. Luis Soto was the ultimate professional. I liked them so much, I put them on my speed dial on my phone. Thank you, Precision Garage Door Pompany.

Great Techs….called to let me know they were on their way, did a fast and good job installing new opener and cleaned up after they were done. Also went over how to work opener lock and how to reset code. Very courteous and a pleasure doing business with. Highly recommend.

When our garage door stopped moving naturally we thought the opener was failing. I was suprised because the precision system seemed very efficient. It turned out after roughly 14 years the spring snapped. The repairman was friendly, courteous and gave us a very fair price replacing both springs with a five year warranty! I can recommend this comapany without reservation.
