Garage door came off the track Saturday night around 8pm. I called Precision and before 9pm William was here to fix the door. He was very professional, knowledgeable and quick to repair the door. I will recommend Precision to all my neighbors, friends and family. Thank you for being such a prompt and professional company and for having excellent employees such as William.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received! Price was competitive, and I called for service after 4 on a Monday, and the problem was fixed by 10:00 Tuesday morning, before the other two companies I had called and left messages with even called me back. I really appreciate that they send their technicians in uniforms with ID badges, and an email telling you who who can expect. My technician was quick, trustworthy and did an awesome job. I’ll never call another company again.

The technician was on time and courteous. He took care of our problem within seconds. He also explained to us how we could avoid the situation in the future, and take care of it ourselves. We will use Precision again when and if the need arrives.

Actually I had a problem with Precision a couple of months ago wherein I was not happy with the way you did business but it was completely resolved by Ryan Homan. Ryan told me rather than lose me as a customer he would hope that I would consider giving Precision my business in the future. Smart move on Ryan’s part because that’s exactly what I did. More businesses should operate this way. Luis Soto did an excellent job by the way. I love this product and the lifetime warranty. You have a good team there Scott.

I had the door come loose from the track at 5:30 in the evening. I called the 800 number and told them what had happened. She gave me an appointment of 7:oo to 9:00 that night. The service guys were there and repaired the door by 6:30. They were extremely courteous and professional. I highly reccomend Precision Door.
