    Very professional experience from the time I called until the job was finished. Technician Andrew was great. He explained everything to me and completed the job in a very timely manner. The reason for my call was the top tracks were completely worn and the rollers needed replacement. After the repair the door operated very quietly. I thoroughly enjoyed the technology used by the company concerning invoice and payment.

    When I called several garage door repair companies, Precision was the only one to give a free estimate. When Jimmy came he was friendly yet very professional. We told him our problem. He inspected the entire door and was able to repair it the same day. He tightened the springs and replaced the rollers, sprayed rollers and hinges and the door is purring it is so happy. Thank you very much!!
