Our Garage door would not close this morning and by 2:30 pm Eric was at our home replacing our garage door opener and repairing the door by replacing door rollers. Price was fair, work quality was excellent and tonight we have a Quiet and safe garage door opening with a wall keypad included. Eric even reset my car with the new remote.

Previous owner of property had Precision install the original automatic garage door. The Tech was very thorough and discussed all options with us. We were very satisfied with this visit.

I had the overall package( that wasn’t and option. I am very pleased with the service from the time I called to make the appointment to the time he finished all the work. I can’t say enough about Dylan May. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained to me why I needed certain parts and the different options I had. He did an excellent job. I will recommend you to others. Thanks again!

I looked you up on my Iphone, liked your explanations. I can say without equivocation the young service man was OUTSTANDING IN EVERY WAY. HE WAS FRIENDLY,CLEAN, NEW HIS PRODUCT, MADE RECOMMENDATIONS, EXPLAINED WHAT HAD TO BE DONE.I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS KIND OF SERVICE WITH ANY COMPANY IN THE 14 YEARS WE HAVE BEEN IN FL.It was in every way, Fantastic. Please take the time to find out the young man who did the service. I can’t think of his name at the moment,you know, this old age thing. He was a good example of “Class Going Uphill”, and deserves a pat on the back for a job well done. I will recommend you company at any time I have a chance to do so. I appreciate your follow up. I am new to the area and found Precision online, read the reviews and decided to try them. The whole experience was great, from the guy who made the appointment, to Jimmy who came out early on the day I requested. There was more wrong with the door than I expected, Jimmy pointed this all out, we agreed on the work/price and he got to it. All work was performed quick and efficient, and Jimmy was very friendly and engaging. I feel this is now one less thing for me to worry about for a long time.

I was so frustrated with my garage door I almost drove my car through it to solve it! I had seen one of your trucks the other day and it stuck in my mind. So I called today and 2 hours later Bill showed up and fixed the whole thing in a snap. He saved what was an awful day and was super friendly too! Amazing service!!!!! I wanted to click Bill Roberts name in the Technician List but he’s not there. 🙁
