Very Professional and the best rate out of three different companies. They even used undamaged parts to try to save me money. Could not be happier with their service and the results. Technician went out of his way several times and did a great job from his first visit until his last.

Mr. Soto did a tune-up, lubrication and tightening of hardware on my garage door. He also got my remote working. Very professional and knew what needed to be done to get it working again.

We got an estimate of the work needed, you had the item in stock and did not have to order it. The Tech came out as scheduled and did the work required. He did a great job and took care of all the problems we had with the garage door. The Tech was courteous and very proficient at his job. We are very satisfied with the outcome and are glad we contacted Precision for the job. If we have any other issues in the future, you can be sure we will call you.

You were excellent. The problem with our garage door was treated, as though, emergency and you came out several hours after we called. To me, it was an emergency. A night with our garage door 1/4 way open is not conducive to a good nights sleep. Many critters could have come in our garage. Again, I say thank you

I had your advertisement from Value Pak. When I called I received prompt and professional service. Dylan May is an asset to your company. Not only was he courteous but very thorough, explaining everything he did. He cleaned up after he was finished with the job. I finally bought a new computer and that’s the reason for this review being typed almost two months after the job was completed. We are still happy with the work he did for your company
