Jimmy was great. He gave me a call promptly when I was scheduled for installation. What is great about this company is that they installed a garage door opener that I bought. Most companies try to push their own garage door opener and didn’t even quote for me. The price they quote will be similar to big box stores. However, the difference is that these guys are pros. The job was done to my satisfaction and they even programmed the remotes for me. The only reason that I can’t give a “5” is that Jimmy accidentally broke the light bulb on the ceiling of my garage when installing. I kind of wish I had something off the price to help offset getting a new CFL bulb. However, I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Door Service to others in the future.

On Sat. Morning I wrote a review expressing how unhappy I was with my service call on Friday afternoon. within an hour of writing my review I received a phone call informing me that Scott,the owner of Precision door ,wanted to meet with me to discuss my concerns and inspect the work that was done on Friday. I was very impressed at the quick response that I received regarding my concerns. Scott came out on Tuesday morning with a technician, inspected the work, talked to me about my concerns, and explained a few things to me regarding the garage door. He offered to reimburse for my service call on Friday and fixed several issues with the door. How refreshing it is to find a business owner that still regards customer service as their number one priority. I was very impressed with Scott and would definitely consider using his company again.

Charlie did a good job of explaining the various repair options for my broken cable which included updating all of my rollers, cables, installing safety cables on the existing springs…after the initial price shock of upgrading everything, we settled on the cable repair without any hard sales and Charlie took care of everything quickly and professionally! Great job and thank you.

Your service and technicians were more than I could hope for, total professionalism. (Email appt confirm, morning appt precall,on time arrival,expedient and efficient work completion) Adequately explained all estimates and even made much appreciated accommodations due to current homeowner circumstances. Prices were quite fair making total repair bill easier to absorb. My next maintenance/upgrade call will definitely be to Precision Garage. You came highly recommended and I will be happily paying it forward. Thank you kindly.

Andrew was prompt and very professional. Explained all my options, got to work and within an hour my door was opening better then ever. He changed out my old rollers for new nylon ones and the door is now super quiet. Thanks!

I chose Precision from the yellow pages because of the way the company was presented in the ad. the tech who gave me the estimate was Luis Soto and he was very thorough and helpful. My installer was Bill and he was EXCELLENT! I am very pleased with my products from Precision Garage Doors and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I was very pleased with your service, they came within l hr. (Scott)he was very courteous. The work was very expensive, but needed to be done. Patti in the office was very helpful and sent someone out again(Bob)to help me install a light bulb in the opener. Your employees are excellent and I would refer your service to others.

Matt did a great job on replacing my broken garage door spring. He was professional and courteous and explained what was needed. I called at 7am and by 9am the repair was completed-fantastic service. I would certainly recommend them to all and will use them again.
