I recently had a new belt garage door installed, replacing my chain drive. I had an issue with my garage doors, called Precision and within 1 hour a technician was here, problem solved. I call Precision because I know they are professional and reliable. I also like being able to see who my technician is and both times I had Precision door out the technician has been very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful.

If you need any service on your garage doors or openers, Precision is the best. I was offered service the same day, but had to schedule for next day. Luis arrived as promised and within minutes had diagnosed the problem that a previous “technician” from another service could not. Luis repaired all the issues ran all the diagnostics and had my door working flawlessly. Prior to Luis arriving I was sent an email with his name and picture to assure who was arriving to repair my garage door and opener. Professional, courteous, thorough and skilled. Can not recommend Precision high enough. Will most definitely use for all future garage door issues.
