Insulation on bottom of the door was replaced. I appears to be fine and a good fit. I was quote the material ran $8 a foot and the door was 15 ft. That would have been $120 and no service charge as it was over $100. The coupon also said senior citizen discount. How much is that discount? I paid $116 which I don’t consider much of a discount, especially considering the amount of work I have had with you.

Took a bid request over the phone, spoke with salesman onsite within hours. Later that day had a new, quieter, and smoother running garage door. Very happy with the service so far. All parties involved were professional, and knowledgeable.

The service provided was Dylan was excelent. He was very professional all the time and just at looking and what he was doing you understand the high level of expertise you have to have to do this kind of job. He answered all our questions and gave us a different service options before he started, no hidden costs or anything. This is the first time we use the services of Precision Garage Door and I sure when something else goes wrong with my garage door they will be the ones to call.

My spring broke and I knew I’d need it fixed soon. They offered to do it that night, but I was fine waiting until the morning. Charlie was very pleasant, polite, patient, explained everything and helped me get exactly what I wanted (I ended up adding the roller replacements). He said their prices were a little higher than some of the competitors but their service was much better and they can offer longer warranties. I appreciated the honesty. It’s rare to hear that from a company these days.

We had a bad power problem about 5 am this morning. FPL installed a new transformer and got us hooked up about 11:30am. I noticed that my garage door didn’t work and I couldn’t fix the problem so I called Precision Door and Mellisa had two tecnitions arrive within an hour.They said how lucky I was that the power failure did not blow out my garage door unit. They reset everything including the controlers very qjickly. The 65$ service charge was a surprise tol me as we had a garage door overhall within this year. However, I certainly am willing to pay for the expert work that your technitians do. You have great people working for you. Bob Sawyers
