I was referred to Precision Doors by a co-worker, as I needed a new garage door. I liked the same day service and the fact that the technician was on time, informative, professional and available for questions and comments after he provided the quote. I ordered the door the same day that I received the quote (cancelled appointments with other vendors after this first quote) and received feedback from Precision right away. I am in the process of waiting for the door to arrive and be installed. I hope to have another opportunity to write a review after the installation.

Both of the technicians that did our service work today were great. Very polite and efficient. We have had you do work for us since the end of 2005 on our garage door. We have Limited Lifetime Warranty coverage and we were wondering why today was the first time we were ever charged a service call fee. We assumed everything was always covered like it has been in the past. Our previous invoice #740556 dated June 7, 2013 we had the springs adjusted on the 16×7 foot door plus we had the technician install new springs etc on the 9×7 foot when he made the conversion and there was no service charge. We are so happy with our door! Dylan did an great job overhauling our currant door and installing our new opener. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. There were so May things I was not aware of and he helped point it out. He was not pushy at all about added repairs that needed to be done, and just offered his professional opinion to help us get the best for our money. Our door is so quiet now when it opens I am shocked! I had no idea they could be that quiet. Thank you so much for doing a wonderful job!
