William came to our home and he was great. He was very professional, explained all of our options,and he thoroughly went over the whole garage door and opener system. William was 15 minutes early and friendly. You can tell he loves his job and cares about what he is doing, I was curious about what was being done and he let me watch him do the repair and explained everything he was doing and the reasoning behind it. Scott, on three different occasions I had various components, everything except the door, replaced. Every time your employees were prompt, courteous and professional, from the people who answer the phone, your technicians who show up on site. I could not be more satisfied! Mr. May was on time, clean cut, shaven and in a company shirt. After his assessment he presented us several options to repair the door and ensure continued good service. No high pressure sales. He finished quickly, cleaned up and removed all old and or broken parts. He was friendly and informative during the entire process. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

Got your name from Angie’s list when I had the door replaced in Aug. ’13. The door broke and I called your office. Believe it or not, within half an hour of my call a service tech was in my driveway. He was very professional and had the door repaired in less than an hour. He even suggested I might be interested in a new door closer!! 🙂

Adjustment made to move the drum the cable is attached to was hitting the top of the door. Dylan adjusted the drums about an inch higher which solved problem. Dylan arrived at promised time and was courteous and professional. Very pleased with new opener and also this unanticipated service call. I am recommending your company to all my acquaintances.
